What's the difference between ready-made colet.app and a similar custom application?

Ready-made colet.app = pre-built online program, you pay monthly license, operational in a few days. Similar custom application = I build your own version with features specific to your business, with code that belongs to you. The ready-made version is faster and cheaper short-term, custom is more powerful if you have very specific needs. We decide together after the initial discussion.

Does it only work for RO-UK courier or also for domestic transport?

It works for any parcel transport flow: domestic in Romania, international RO-UK, RO-DE, RO-IT, RO-FR, intra-European transport. Configurable per company. It's not technically tied to the UK route — that's just where the oldest customers use it.

Do I need technical knowledge to use colet.app?

No. The interface is designed for busy people, not programmers. The technical setup is done by me, team training takes 30 minutes for dispatch and 10 minutes for drivers. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use colet.app.

Can I test for free before deciding?

Is my data safe? Do other companies see my data?

No, never. The architecture has separate space per company at database level — each company has its completely separate space, with row-level security. No user from one company can see data from another company, whether accidentally or intentionally.

What happens if technical problems appear or I need a new feature?

I respond directly on WhatsApp in hours, not days. Critical bugs are resolved within 24 hours max. New features we discuss — if they're useful to multiple companies, I build them at no extra cost. If they're strictly for you, I make a specific offer.
