Romania-UK courier companies managed everything manually: phone and WhatsApp orders, Excel records, routes from memory, zero client tracking. The result? Lost orders, frustrated clients calling non-stop asking 'where's my parcel?', incorrect settlements and drivers taking inefficient routes. Each company needed the same tools, but none could afford custom software.
I built a complete logistics management software that digitizes the entire workflow of a courier company. Orders arrive automatically from 5 different sources: admin, driver, company website, client mobile app and a WhatsApp AI agent that turns client messages into orders. The dispatcher sees all drivers on a live map and creates optimized routes with Google Maps for 25+ stops per run. Each client gets a tracking link with the company logo and automatic notifications on every status change. At the end of each run, the financial module automatically calculates route settlements, receivables and weekly reports. Everything isolated per company — separate data, own branding, independent settings.

What type of courier companies can use colet.app?
Any courier company with regular routes, regardless of destination: RO-UK, RO-DE, RO-IT, RO-FR or domestic transport. The platform adapts to your routes, not the other way around.
How does the WhatsApp AI agent work?
The client sends a WhatsApp message with transport details. The AI agent automatically extracts addresses, weight, pickup date and creates the order in the platform. The dispatcher sees it instantly, without filling in anything manually.
Can I use colet.app if I have multiple drivers?
Yes. Each driver has their own mobile app with daily route, stop list, navigation and delivery confirmation. The dispatcher sees all drivers on the map in real time.
Can my clients track their parcels?
Yes. Each company gets a tracking page with their own logo. The client receives a link and sees parcel status in real time — picked up, in transit, delivered. They also get automatic notifications at every step.
How long does it take to start using the platform?
