Coordination between vendors is the first cause of real blockage. The site developer doesn't talk to the SEO specialist, so the site comes out without correct schema and has to be redone. The SEO specialist doesn't talk to the GMB person, so your business data isn't consistent across profiles (NAP — name, address, phone) and Google penalizes you. The app developer doesn't connect with the management system person, so the mobile app doesn't sync correctly with the CRM. You lose 6 months negotiating between them and fixing what one breaks for another.
The usual solution — hire a big agency to do all of it — costs 5-10x more, takes 6-12 months, and at the end you still have to negotiate with a project manager who doesn't understand what their team is doing. Why one person for everything, not an agency or internal team
For a 5-30 person company needing complete online presence, there are three options: big agency with team (expensive, slow), full-time internal employee (premature, expensive), or me (one person accelerated by AI doing all services coherently). Here are the concrete arguments for the last.

Real multi-service case: TrifMed — web + SEO + GMB + local pages, integrated
The most concrete example for an integrated multi-service project is TrifMed — medical clinic from Fălticeni. They started with separate needs (new site, Google visibility, GMB, content), and I delivered them as a coherent project, not as 4 separate invoices from 4 vendors.

I ask specific questions to understand which combination of services would work for you. Duration depends on scope — 30 minutes for a simple site, 60-90 minutes for complex ecosystem.
Free audit (if you have existing online presence) — 2-3 working days
If you have an existing site, GMB or app, I do a complete free audit (see /servicii/analiza). I identify what works, what needs changing, what's priority. You get a PDF report with prioritized recommendations. Based on this report, the final quote is much more precise.
Written quote with firm pricing per stage — 3-5 working days
You receive a written quote with project structure, clear stages, firm pricing per stage, total timeline. For projects with multiple services (e.g. site + app + GMB), everything is presented as a single coherent project, not 3 separate invoices. Plus 3 design directions for the visual part.
Iterative construction with weekly demo — 1-16 weeks
We start within 24-48h after I receive the 50% deposit. I build in 1-2 week stages with demo accessible at a temporary URL. At each stage you see how it looks, give feedback, we adjust together. Total timeline depends on scope: 1-2 weeks simple site, 2-3 weeks site with full SEO, 3-5 weeks standard app, 8-16 weeks full ecosystem.
Launch, source code handover and support
Public launch, registration in Google Search Console, fast indexing, source code and access handover (domain, Vercel hosting, Apple Developer and Google Play accounts if applicable, GMB). Can I take just one service or do I have to take a package?
You take exactly what you need. Just site? Just SEO? Just app? All three? You decide. There are no mandatory packages. The only thing I offer separately is the free SEO audit — which can be the only step if you just want to see where you stand, without continuing. You decide the scope after receiving the audit.
How do I know you do all services well, not just one?
Fair question. The honest answer: depends on the project. For web and SEO, I have 50+ delivered projects with quantifiable results (TrifMed first Google page in 36h, Harmony 9.8 Booking rating). For mobile apps, I have 5+ apps in production (colet.app with 1000+ orders/week). For AI, I have the colet.app WhatsApp agent in production based on Claude Haiku. For management systems, I have the colet.app ecosystem with 3 interfaces. For each service I can show real proof live. If in a domain I can't deliver quality, I tell you straight and refer you elsewhere.
How much does a complete package (site + SEO + app) cost?
Depends on scope. For a small business (guesthouse, clinic, workshop) with presentation site + local SEO + GMB: approximately 3,000-4,000 RON total. For a mid-size business with complex site + full SEO + customer mobile app + management system integration: 15,000-30,000 RON, staged payment. How long does a multi-service project take?
For small site + SEO + GMB package: 2-3 weeks total. For complex site + SEO + mobile app package: 6-10 weeks total. For full ecosystem (web + mobile + management system + AI): 8-16 weeks. We start with priority services (usually site and SEO as the base) and expand progressively. You see results in the first month, you don't have to wait for the end to see anything.
What about maintenance after launch?
30 days of free support immediately after launch, regardless of package. After, optional maintenance adapted — for simple site from 150 RON/month, for mobile apps without backend from 280 RON/month, for complex systems with backend and AI adapted to complexity (discussed at delivery). Important: I don't lock you in mandatory maintenance. You stop when you want, no penalties.
